Brandt and Kiana met working for a Top 100 Promotional Products Distributor providing custom merchandise to silicon valley tech clients like Netflix, Facebook, Adobe, and more.
Kiana had grown up in the industry, and Brandt brought a ton of apparel experience to the team.
Brandt has experience co-founding an apparel brand and partnering in a screen-printing business servicing various small businesses in the Bay Area.
Kiana watched her Dad build and own a company designing and manufacturing custom athletic apparel.
The two joined forces both personally and professionally in 2022 to create Rooted Creations Co., and the rest is history.

Kiana and Brandt are partners in business and in life, having married in 2023, and both bring a unique set of skills to the table. Brandt is the apparel and decoration method expert of the two, and prides himself in creating long-lasting relationships with his customer base. Brandt has a passion for partnering with small businesses throughout California, and prides himself on a referral-based business. Kiana is the hard goods expert, and self-proclaimed domestic sourcing guru. Having previously worked for two top Promotional Products Distributors, she understands the importance of sourcing high quality, custom goods.
Named after the Black Panther’s Princess of Wakanda! Small but mighty, Shuri makes sure our team is protected at all times and definitely leans into her bossy little sister role.
Formerly our Chief People Officer, Jack is our gentle giant who made any and all clients feel right at home. He loved endless pets and cuddles, and was the best big brother to Shuri. Jack crossed the rainbow bridge in May of 2024, but will always be a founding member of our team.
